Standard Shipping:

• We ship via USPS Postal Service.
  
• The standard shipping cost is $5.00 (US). 
  
• If your order is extremely heavy, then the shipping cost will be the actual cost to send the Order. (This is usually only an issue if ordering a large number of liquid bottles, you will be notified for confirmation before any extra charges are issued)
  
• A Tracking number will be sent to you via E-Mail upon request. (Note: This will soon be an automated function of the website)

International Shipping:

• We use USPS Global Express when shipping Internationally, the standard cost is $25.00 (US).  A Tracking number will also be issued for your order and sent via E-Mail at the time of shipment.
  
• We will not be held responsible for any extra charges which customs may apply, and must follow certain guidelines when shipping the orders out.
  
• If we can, we will mark the package as per your request, in order to help pass customs.

Credit Card Processing:

• Upon checkout, your card information is sent via 128bit Secure E-Mail to our server where it is checked over by hand and entered into the local systems.
  
• Your card will be charged when we ship your products out. You will not be charged until the actual time of shipment.  This means if the items you order are not immediately available, you will not be charged until they become available and are on route to you.

Inventory:

• Because we believe in Fresh products, we do not have a warehouse full of inventory! What this means is that it may take a bit longer than the shipping time to complete your order. We order products on a regular basis from our Suppliers in order to guarantee the freshest possible product to you, as well as allowing us to pass our inventory savings on to you!
